In handling problem mortgage and real estate assets, Samuel Property Management is uniquely qualified to get the investment back on track. Prompt Action

Immediately after our engagement, our leasing, marketing, maintenance and accounting personnel, accompanied by senior members of our staff will:

  • Review current rents, leasing procedures, advertising and marketing policies.

  • Conduct market surveys to determine current vacancy/rental rates within the property's market area.

  • Inspect the property thoroughly to determine the physical condition and ascertain if problem areas exist.

  • Examine existing accounting and reporting procedures.

  • Notify necessary creditors and government authorities within the prescribed form and deadline.

  • Provide a comprehensive report detailing our findings, conclusions and recommendations.

  • Evaluate existing staff and their functions.
