Gino Sisera

A member of the International Real Estate Institute, Samuel Property Management has over 30 years experience in the development and management of condominium, rental, commercial and non-profit housing properties. Mr. Sisera purchased the company from its former owner in 2007, ensuring continuing service to clients by the same people who had contributed to its previous success.

The breadth of his experience in the Real Estate industry is evidenced by his success at undertaking projects at any time during their lifespan - demonstrating unique abilities in a very competitive industry.

John Wannamaker CPM, ARP, CMOC

John Wannamaker joined the company in 1998 as an Area Manager, and was appointed Vice President in 2007. He has over fifteen years experience in the industry and is familiar with all aspects of rental, condominium, non-profit and co-operative housing management.

Lisa Kao

In addition to overall responsibility for the finance function and day-to-day corporate activity, as controller, Ms. Kao, oversees the financial administration of all the projects currently managed by the firm. She has more than 25 years of accounting experience and has been with the company since 1980.

Marvin Davis

Mr. Davis is past President of the Institute of Housing Management and has over 30 years experience in the Property Management field. In addition to his contribution to the company's non-profit housing portfolio, Mr. Davis sits as Director and advisor for a number of condominium corporations. He joined the company in 1990.

John Darcy

Mr. Darcy acts as Housing Consultant to all the non-profit projects the firm manages. He possesses many years of experience in conducting training sessions for property managers and Board members of non-profit housing projects. Mr. Darcy was formerly Director of Tenant Placement for Metropolitan Toronto Housing Authority and had been with the Housing Authority for over 31 years.
